I have to find poems about my life dream and I need four poems about teaching.

There is one about an owl in a barbershop All I remember from the poem is
"The less he spoke, the more he heard
The more he heard the less he spoke
Now why can't we be like that wise old bird"?
While the poem itself doesn't specifically mention teachers it certainly does have a message that can be applied to teachers and to anyone else.
