1.a rectangle has a length of 9 inches and a width of 1.5 feet. What is the area of a rectangle in square inches? The answer is 162 square inches. The second question really confuses me!
2. What is the area of the rectangle in the previous question in square feet?

#2. 0.75' x 1.5' = 1.125 sq ft.

9 inches in feet is .75
