More fit and flexible done
Become calmer after taking yoghurt,unless on a diet.
Strong light shown=united in sprit with God
=Supreme Being being influenced by laser lite.
(2)sense--No, it doesn't make sense in difficult meaning in knocking some sense into body=tortoise---egg=egg---tortoise (chinese judgement !)
(3)Body:-exercise body positions fit and flexible with oxygen breathing done.
Relax of mind done, it seems.
An expert in yogic techniques can Body uplifting and fly!
