可以算是無問題，但請先小心看看意見欄的資料。

在意見002的連結，你可以看到：

Executive Summary: If it's Hot News, use the Present Perfect; but if it's Old News, simple past.

die 是瞬間動詞，你可以用 perfect tense，但不能接 "for a period of time"，否定句除外，請看以下。
即是說：
"They have died." （可以，但長遠來說，你應該寫 "They died"。）
"They have died for a few days" （不可以。）
