In Yahoo Notepad, all of my notes are empty. They have titles, but the contents are missing?

I trusted Yahoo with my life notes! For 20 years I have paid for my Yahoo account. Get my notes back...NOW! I cannot explain the anger and panic and possible life changing disruption this has caused me!!!!!! As soon as Yahoo gets it's act together and gives me my notes back, I will be dropping them, after 20+ years. I don't trust Yahoo anymore. This is unacceptable to the utmost level.

I am having the same problem! Some of the notes have info in them but others do not! There is very important data there that I need and now it s gone!!! Help!!!! Also, why can t you speak with anyone from Yahoo directly! This is insane! They have lost some very important information that I really need!I hope this gets fixed!!!

I'm having the exact same problem as well. My Yahoo Notepad folders remain but the majority of my notes have disappeared. Please help! It's been this way for several days now.

This is not the first time Yahoo! has played with our data without any notice whatsoever. If they're going to trash the service, they should at least send an e-mail alert and give us 60 days notice to save our data elsewhere. NO EXCUSE for no update after they've acknowledged the issue.

Same here... I got a message : "We are sorry! Something went wrong...

So... it's not just me but the everyone too? What is Yahoo doing?
After my notes are retrieved back, I am going to just use pen and paper the PDF it! Never use their notepad anymore!

I am seeing questions from people having the same problem that I am having too. Has anyone gotten an answer to this problem? I do not see any reply. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. How do we restore all the data that has been saved in NOTEPAD?
