I was thinking of starting a small business where I could inform employers of any employees who attend these meetings.

The whole point is it being anonymous as in alcoholics anonymous

Are you some kind of an idiot? People attending these meetings are trying to maintain sobriety, and get their lives on track. I guess you think alcohol addiction is something they should be ashamed of. And no decent employer would fire someone for attending.

Well since they are held in private facilities you could be charged with both trespassing and invasion of privacy, sued for possible loss of employment if they can prove a picture you took caused issues at work and in general would probably spend a lot of time in court or at the local crowbar hotel (hopefully) than you would expect. Hope you are rich as by the time you finish paying legal fees you will be broke.

What you are thinking of doing is outrageous.
Are you going to take pictures of people walking into houses of worship as well?
How about people walking into dialysis facilities or cancer treatment facilities since these people may cost the company more in health insurance?
How about people buying cigarettes or alcohol?

So you want to take pictures of people at alcoholics ANONYMOUS to out them to potential employers when they are seeking help? Ya, I think they'd be mad, and rightfully so. People fall into things sometimes and end up in over their heads, and if they seek help with that, it is no ones business, especially not potential employers. In fact there are probably laws against it.

That is a disgusting thing to do! If you take pictures of recovering alcoholics and sent them to employers, what good will that do? You may make them lose their jobs and they'll probably fall to the bottom of a bottle again. Plus you'd be taking pictures of people without consent which is a punishable offence.

You're likely to get sent to prison for that. And rightfully so. If the rest of your business ideas are as unethical, illegal, and cruel as this, then may you never be successful in any venture.

Not a good idea.
It's called Alcoholics ANONYMOUS for a reason.
People who go to the meetings are trying to keep from drinking, why would their employer need to know that?

You'd get your *** beaten before you ran for the door.

I am A Recovering Alcoholic, With Some Time Under My belt !!!

In My Opinion It would Be A Dis-Service, Of Conducting Arbitration Against People You Know Nothing About And An Embarrassment To Yourself, Why Hurt Others For Your Own Amusement ? I Can Only Speak For Myself And This is What I'd Do, 1st Off A Little About Me I Have Issues, Really Bad So Bad That " Well You Know What I Mean " You'd Get your 1st Colonoscopy With Your Own Camera, Just Because Thats Where I'd Shuff Your Camera ! And Thats Before You'd Snap A Pic Of Your Own Insides, 2nd I Forgot To Inform You ( You'd Play Hell When You Play With Marines and Vets With PTSD, And Anger Issues ) And People Like Me Who Don't Play Well With Others Has A Very Hard Time Understanding What Makes People Like You Tick ? Your Like A Flea In The Desert Sands Jumping Around Trying To Fight Your Way Out of A Paper Bag !!!

P.S.

What Where You Thinking ? Oh Wait You're Not Thinking Ok I See Your Issue's !

It is important that we remain anonymous because we are too few, at
present to handle the overwhelming number of personal appeals which
may result from this publication. Being mostly business or professional
folk, we could not well carry on our occupations in such an event. We
would like it understood that our alcoholic work is an avocation.

Take The Cotton Out Of Your A$$ And Stick it in you Mouth And Shut Up and Sit Down And Listen !!! You Might Just Learn Something Of More Value Thats Worth Saving Your Own A$$ !!!

I would imagine you should have some sort of charge against you. Furthermore, in many places, there are laws against firing someone with an admitted drinking problem, and some even have to pay for bill for treatment. What you're thinking is very unethical.
