Help me with Western Union!?!?

This is my first time to buy items online. I plan to buy seeds from AliExpress. I added different seeds from different shops in my cart worth USD 20.00. Okay, I already get the instructions on the link below, I just don't really get what does the ACCOUNT NUMBER mean? Where can I get the account number?

By the way, I know this is a dumb question but should I pay those items within 24 hours strictly? Please understand me 'cause this is my first time, lol

Companies that ask you to pay by Western Union are almost always scams, since the payment can't be traced.
