The meaning to this song or I mean the video?

This is actually one of my favorite songs.
Weird video, and no idea what it means, but I'll go out on a whim here:
There's a girl being forced around in a relationship. He has her on a leash, which can be a symbol of dehumanizing someone. He's like an obsessive master. If you listen to the lyrics, it's like this boyfriend (I'll assume it's a romantic relationship) who wants to change this girl to make her better fit for him; a human doll that can be transformed into whatever he wants her to be. Smarter, prettier, this and that. When he takes off her mask, it's him showing her what she will become, and she doesn't want to become someone else so she runs away. He kills the pigs for not being able to catch her.
In a way, I also think that the male here is the protagonist. He wants a girl that's right for him, but everyone keeps dissatisfying him.

I'm sure there's a really deep theme behind the story, but I'd have to look at it for more than the four minute span.

Yeah it is weird, dude with the mask reminded me of the black plague or whatever it was called in history.
