im 24 years old my height is 5.3 is there any chance to grow 2inches more by doing strechable exercise , jogging , and swimming?

No. You've stopped growing at 24. You're only going to shrink as you get older.

Yes. My brother is 24 too. He goes hanging every day and stretch for half and hour every day. Now he has grown 6cm, but he has started doing that since 21 (he stopped gaining height at I think kinda 20), so this is not easy to keep. It's hard to have the preserance and do it every day.

I am a guy who was 5'3 aged 18 and I am still 5'3 aged 36 ! It's fine , stay slim , moisturise your face and neck and there is no reason why your height cannot be a youth enhancing asset , be you male or female .

No. There is no height growth after 24 years of age without breaking your femur and adding bolts to extend the length. This procedure is immensely painful and results in an inability to run for the rest of your life. Be content with 5'3.
