1. Hong Kong does not have a specific area for African America.

However, Hong Kong does have some well-known areas for South Asian, like Chungking Mansion.

So it is the same method to respond.

Regardless where you are going, the U.S., Hong Kong, or the Mainland, the most important is you have to be alert your surrounding and always place your safety at your first priority.

Other than that, the U.S. can practically the same as Hong Kong (in term of safety).
