你得到各種怪怪的翻譯源於的句子沒有"主體"...."工作"變了是個主詞...但是所謂"工作需要"的是誰或甚麼呢?
另外看來你這是"申請"買椅的通知或向有關部門"落單"買(我估你話order的意思)，最好是有個"說話對象"來放進配句子內。現時你的句子似一句meeting記錄(可能是你寫的用意)。
迴避了了你原句的難題，只能當作是"通告"或"會議記錄"譯
