Will my father get deported?

So my sad got pulled over, and he may had some drinks before. But he passed all the drunk tests. But the only thing he got wrong was the counting to 1000 test, since he's Mexican he doesn't really know how to count to 1000. He blew and some thing and turns out he was a bit drunk. This is is 2nd DUI. His first one was in 1999 which everything was fine. In late 2007 he got pulled over in Boston by the immigration, he was in a serious case until 2011. He got another court to 2014. Which they changed till 2018. But he got pulled over.. We went to see a lawyer and he said it won't really affect the immigration case since there was no accident or anything serious. but they'll ban his license. But my dad and I aren't really sure if he won't get deported. His court is in 2 weeks and I'm really nervous. I don't wanna lose my dad.
