Is my mom abusive?

My foster mom normally calls me retard and pig, and she has strangled me a few times, and has beaten me, he has had her children beat me until they went to college, she had her dog attack me which almost killed me, and she is the reason my dad is dead, one time she bagged up my things and set them on fire in the backyard because i wouldnt let her use my laptop so she can do school (i refused because there is a computer downstairs she could use and she keeps installing crap on my laptop whenever i let her use it) so i called the police and they said it was ok because i was living in her house and i shouldve done what she told me to do, and now whenever i try to tell someone i get told "thats what parents are supposed to do" are parents supposed to treat their children like that?

No, this is abuse. Tell a teacher or counselor, or call the child abuse hotline or Child Protective Services (google the numbers for your area).

The social worker who set up your foster care needs to know all this. Do you not have regular meetings?

Call 1-800-4ACHILD if in the U.S.A., or Childline (0800 1111) in the U.K. No doubt other countries have similar free phone lines.
