1 molar of NaCL will contain 1 molar of Na+ and 1 molar of CL- ion respectively.
Can I say 1 molar of H2O contain 1 molar of H2O molecues, or 1 molar of H atom & 2 molar of O atom ?

"Molar"is the adjective, while "mole" is the noun.The two statements should be :
"1 mole of NaCl contains 1 mole of Na⁺ ions and 1 mole of Cl⁻ ions."
(The chemical symbol of chlorine is Cl, but not CL.)
"'1 mole of H2O' means '1 mole of H2O molecules',which contains 1 mole of H atoms and 2 moles of O atoms."
