I'm really healthy for breakfast and lunch. I exercise daily and do cardio @ least 3x a week but I have one problem. I binge as soon as I get home as much as >1000 calories @ least twice a week. Some weeks are worse than others. Please help!!! I have gained 10 lbs since The holidays and I'm trying to lose them but the binge eating always gets in the way... Once I start I can't stop no matter what I tell myself.
I've had that problem, you just have to be mentally strong enough to stop. It's not simple, but you can do it. When i had that problem, I got my *** out of the house and went to the gym. Now i'm joining the Navy
