Tom 係前幾個月上黎我地保險公司想買我地公司其中一個計劃既保險，我地講解完該個計劃既保險後，佢話要返去考慮下。但係最後佢無買到保險，我係11月25號
close 佢file，想問下宜家個計劃無左，我可唔可以講"We have closed Tom's file."

如果你係問 tense, 而家已經係3月11日, close file 係11月25, 所以我會用 "we had closed Tom's file", 因為時間已經過得比較長.而如果係報告式樣既英文, 多數會用被動詞 "Tom''s file had been closed", 呢種係公文式寫法.
