問問關於現在完成式既問題

我記得有一次幫一個人起一間屋，記得起屋最後個步驟係用螺絲批dup 個屋頂。宜家間屋存唔存在唔知。想問問大家宜家講"I have built a house before." 有無問題。

呢個完成動作, 已經耐到你連屋重存唔存在都未知, 就一定係用 had但係, 如果你好近期起完間屋, 就用 have

I have built a house before = 我曾經起過一間屋。
是說明你曾有起屋的經驗，文法是ok的。
example:
I think I've seen him before. (*any time up to the present or just before*)

The present perfect have built
denotes present results of past actions";for" and "since "are used.
"for" to a period of time and "since" to a point of time in the past.
eg:-I have built a house for many years lee....
eg:-We have been builders since........in the past lee.....
