Yes, firstly stop dying your hair because all this products damage your hair. Don't wash them a lot, not more 2 times a week it's enough. Use hair mask after every shampoo. You can buy it on a supermarket or you can even make it yourself mixing 1 avocado + 2 tablespoons olive oil + 2 tablespoons liquid honey + 1 egg yolk or if you prefer you can mix 3 eggs + 3 tablespoons olive oil. You let the mask from the supermarket in your wet hair about 3 minutes, then you rinse your hair with lukewarm water, don't use warm water because it damages hair, like the skin by the way. For the mask that you can make yourself let 15 minutes with a plastic film on your head. When you brush your hair, always start the tips sweetly to avoid breaking them. Eat fruits and vegetables because there are a lot of vitamins in it so that's great for the hair, drink a lot of water also. You can make a beer yeast cure also available in pharmacies because it helps the hair (and nails by the way) to be healthy. Don't use often the straightener because as I've already said, heat is bad for hair.

Assess your facial/bone structure and get a flattering haircut. The haircut may be shorter than you are used to but shorter cuts usually have more body and give the illusion of fuller, thicker hair.
If your hair is very thin, avoid too much layering as this may only make the overall cut look 'flimsier'. It's OK to have a 'wispy' look framing your face, but you want as much body in the crown and back as you can get.
To achieve this fullness, wash and condition your hair with an appropriate shampoo and conditioner for whatever your hair texture is. Such as oily, colour treated, fine, normal, curly or thick. Be sure to rinse well - shampoo and/or conditioner residue will only make your hair look 'flat'. Also, it's best to use both a shampoo and separate conditioner as opposed to a shampoo/conditioner in one. Keep your hair very clean, and blow dry with your head bent downwards, drying from the root first. Drying the root first adds body. If you have the time, you can use a big round brush to add further body. Lifting your hair at the root when it is still damp, dry from underneath while twirling the brush. It takes practice but gives a nice 'lift' to your hair.
Sometimes colour highlighting helps. You may want to see a professional stylist for this one. First time highlighting should be done professionally and by another person as she will be able to see where the light hits your hair for maximum affect.
Shine, shine, shine! Healthy hair is best no matter its body. There are products that can add shine (spray ons or rub in products), however, too much product can also 'flatten' your hair. A very light spray of a shine product can give light reflecting highlights. Be careful with all styling products though, as they can weigh the hair down. Read the labels carefully, and use with a light hand.
Best: healthy hair. Keep your hair trimmed, clean and in a flattering style. It may take a while to find the perfect combination, but once you do, you'll know it - and so will everyone else.
Good luck!
As a licensed cosmetologist I am going to share a secret with you that is going to sound weird. When there is a full moon go get your hair trimmed--even just a little off--for some reason doing it the day or evening of the full moon your hair grows faster. To help with the damage I would suggest Biolage's new shampoo, conditioner, and cream called Repairinside (one word). If you can't afford all three make sure you get the cream. You put it on your hair before styling and it'll help take care of some of the damage, but not all. Before using heating tools make sure you use a thermal guard there are several on the market and I'm sure even Walmart sells them, but they wouldn't be as good as professional products. Oh and Biolage is available at your local salon most likely. If unsure give them a call. If they don't have it they can get it for you. Hope that helps and I know the moon thing sounds weird, I didn't believe it when I first heard about it in hair school from my instructors.
Try these tips
1. wash your hair twice a week, but If your hair gets oily very quickly and you must wash everyday, use a lightweight shampoo or you can also try soap nuts.
2. Always use a good conditioner after shampoo that suited to your hair type. You can use deep conditioning treatments like olive oil, argan oil, avocado oil or coconut oil.
3. start comb from ends up, not from the roots down. Once hair is dry, avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.
4. Don't towel dry hair
5. Use UV shielding products to avoid your hairs from ultraviolet rays of sun
6. Eat right diet, e.g. Salmon, walnuts, oysters, Sweet potatoes, eggs, Spinach, Blueberries etc.
7. Eliminate stress, smoking, caffeine and fizzy drinks from your life
8. get a trim every six to eight weeks, to remove dead ends and to keep hair in shape and consult with hair specialist.
Its very nice question.....Here are the solutions
Since there’s absolutely nothing we can do about Mother Nature, there are a few things you can do to keep your hair healthy and shiny:
Healthy diet.
Moisturize.
Cold water.
Don’t shampoo your hair every single day.
Avoid brushes.
Use a quality shampoo & conditioner.
Use hair masks and oil treatments.
Frequent trims.
Use the correct hair accessories.
Step away from the towel.
Apply shampoo to your roots only.
1. STOP USING HAIR PRODUCTS
(they have a shitload of damaging things like silicone and all hairsprays, mouse break your hair. Only use oils on your hair to tame frizz (johoba/coconut/olive oil) and use 100% aloe vera gel for a substitute (it is really moisturizing for your hair and it holds curls!
2. STOP WASHING IT SO MUCH
(if you use so many hair products then you need to wash it a lot because of all the grease and buildup. They make your hair look prettier for one day but they are damaging in the long run). (Use a shampoo and conditioner that has as little ingredients as possible, no sulfates, silicones, parabens etc. Try Aubrey Organics, Mineral Fusion, Shikai, Giovanni, Devacurl, Loreal Everpure. Only wash your hair 2 to 3 times a week. Dry with a t-shirt (causes less damage and frizz) and scrunch never pull with a towel (pulling breaks the wet hair since it loses its elasticity when wet). Don't brush when your hair is wet, also try using a boar brush, wide tooth comb, or wood bristled brush on your hair for less damage and distributing natural oils.
3. RARELY USE HEAT (And when you do always use a heat protection and make sure your hair is completely dry. Always air dry your hair if you can and you will see a big difference! Straightening hair is the most damaging since you use high heats that basically melt your hair. Curling is probably the least damaging for your hair, and you can find tons of no-heat toturials on youtube. Whenever you use a heat tool make sure you can change the temperature, only use it on the 200's to 300's (anything above that is super damaging to the hair follicle structure).
4. USE TREATMENTS
The best kind of treatments are all natural and oil based, but if you tend to have thin hair that get's oily you can try honey, Aloe Vera, banana, avocado or coconut milk for deep conditioning. Make sure to leave the treatment on for at least half an hour before washing.
For making your hair healthy firstly avoids using hairdryer, hair straighteners because it may cause hair fall. There are some other ways which is helpful for making your hair healthy:
(1)Use good quality shampoo and conditioner for washing your hair.
(2)Trim your hair regularly after 6-8 weeks
(3)Avoid using chemical laden products.
(4) Take healthy and balanced diet
(5) Remove stress and tensions from your mind.
You should try Hair and nails vitamins. And washing your hair with all the 'healthy" shampoos doesn't really help. When you wash your hair your stripping it of its natural oils and whatever product coating is on it making it dry and easier to break off (split ends too!), So try to limit washing your hair fully to once every 4 days and in between use products such as carrot oil , coconut oil , and olive oil! Also PUT THE FLAT IRON DOWN!!! Applying extra heat to weak unhealthy hair is the worst thing to do. Remember dying and bleaching your hair doesn't help either .
I'm not a hair expert. I like you, have dyed my hair many many times, bleached it, and caused extensive damage. Don't brush your hair when it's wet, wait until it's dampish. Also, coconut oil will help, and I alternate shampoos. Get a shampoo that has Keratin. It helps tremendously. Get a leave in conditioner and dry shampoo that you can use in between washes. I don't wash my hair for 2-3 days. The Keratin will help smooth your hair. It works wonders. I do not suggest using Keratin shampoo more than twice a week (it will weaken your hair) especially if you have split ends and it will make your hair break. Use coconut oil once a week. It's rather inexpensive at walmart like $8. I don't warm mine. Don't leave it in for a long time 15 minutes is what I usually do. You can never really fully repair damaged hair, only give the illusion that you did. Believe me though, Keratin shampoo works wonders. I use garnier fructise damage eraser shampoo. It has Phyto Kerain and Cupuacu Butter. I use that, wait 2-3 days depending on what you like ( it depends when I was based on when I work.) and then wash with another shampoo, I prefer one that is for split ends, and then wait 2-3 days, next hair wash I then use my other Keratin Shampoo Suave Keratin Infusion. I don't know if you're really supposed to use all different kinds of Kertain but so far it's working really well. Also, make sure to get your split ends cut regularly. I would say every 1-2 months. You need to be careful cutting it yourself because cutting them with dull scissors will actually do more damage.
Hope that helps! Good Luck!!
