None of those countries are Arab speakers, but I'd say Iran because I count them as Arab race, excluding the white Iranians, and Turkish people I count as white in general.

Farsi (Persian - the national language of Iran) is WRITTEN in an Arabic-derived script, so I'd have to say Iran, though the majority of people living there aren't Arabs.

Portugal fought and successfully expelled the Arabs in the 12th century... So that was almost 900 years ago...
