The upper limit of the actual length of each side = 10.5 cm (exclusive)The lower limits of the actual length of each side = 9.95cm (inclusive)
It is impossible for the actual perimeter of the regular hexagon to be 64 cm since the longest perimeter of the regular hexagon = 10.5 × 6 = 63 cm < 64cm.
