冇私隱問題。會計師公會已經規定會計師行職員要保密。除非法例要求，不得披露客人私隱，所以工作底稿都唔可以俾會計師樓以外職員睇，違者會有嚴重處分。核數過程中，因為auditor要睇員工報上稅局薪金係唔係同人事紀錄有出入，同係唔係真係有出糧俾員工，所以會要求睇人事紀錄。但你可以規定部份人事紀錄（如入職合約及employers return）係唔可以拎走及影印，只可以上公司睇。
稅局有時會就客人稅務問題寫信問，稅局要求就一定要比，稅局亦有責任保護私隱。

Auditor 唔係稅局，financial statement 係你老闆叫人做，auditor 應該絕對保密，有問題就問你老闆
