現在式 Simple Present Tense

I/We/You/They go to school on foot./

He/She/It goes to school on foot.



過去式 Simple Past Tense

I/We/You/They/He/She/It went to the library yesterday.



未來式 Future Simple Tense

1.I/We/You/They/He/She/It will/+ not do homework tomorrow.

2.I am ,We/You/They are,He/She/It is going to________

3.She's visiting the doctor at three this afternoon.

4.The coach leaves at 9 a.m.



現在進行式 Present Continuous Tense

I/We/You/They/He/She/It+be+v.(ing)



過去進行式 Past Continuous Tense

I/We/You/They/He/She/It+be(was,were)+v.(past tense)(ing)



未來進行式 Future Continuous Tense

will/+not +v.(+ing)



現在完成式 Present Perfect Tense

has/have +v.(過去分詞)

過去完成式 Past Perfect Tense

had+v.(過去分詞)

未來完成式 Future Perfect Tense

2.<未來完成式>的形式是<SHALL>或<WILL>+<HAVE>+{過去分詞}。

I shall have graduated by 2000.



現在完成進行式 Present perfect continuous Tense

2.<現在完成進行式>的構成為:<HAVE>或has+been+現在分詞。



She has been sleeping for two hours.





過去完成進行式 Past perfect continuous Tense

2.<過去完成進行式>的形式是had+been+{現在分詞},可與all the time,all day,for,since,by等引導的時間<副詞片語>或when引導的<子句>連用。



She had been crying for one hour before her mother came.





未來完成進行式 Future perfect continuous Tense

2.<未來完成進行式>的形式是<SHALL>或<WILL>+<HAVE>+been+{現在分詞}。

把時間分為現在、過去、未來。

而狀態分為簡單式、進行式、完成式、完成進行式。

所以時態一共分為以下12個~

1現在簡單式~ (is/am/are) or V(s/es) →用來表示"現在"的動作、狀態、事實、習慣。



2現在進行式~ (is/am/are)+V-ing →表現在說話時某動作的進行、持續、發展等。



3現在完成式~ (has/have)+Vpp →表示"從過去開始到目前為止"，持續、完成的動作或經驗。



4現在完成進行式~ (has/have)+been V-ing →表示"從過去開始持續到現在，且目前仍正在進行"的動作。



5過去簡單式~ V-ed & was/were →表過去的動作、狀態和習慣。



6過去進行式~ (was/were)+V-ing →表示"過去"正在進行、繼續的動作。



7過去完成式~ had+Vpp →表示過去某個時間之前所發生的動作，或過去某一段時間內，已經發生、完成、持續的動作或經驗。



8過去完成進行式~ had been+V-ing →表示過去某一段時間內，持續進行的動作。



9未來簡單式~ (will+V) or (be going to Vrt) →表示"未來"的動作或狀態。



10未來進行式~ will be +V-ing →表示"未來"某時刻"將要進行"的動作。



11未來完成式~ will have +Vpp →表示"未來"的某一時刻之前"已經完成"的動作。



12未來完成進行式~ will have been +V-ing →表示"未來"某一時刻之前"繼續持續"的動作。

1. Present Tense
重覆的動作或習慣
eg1: I/We/They drink milk everyday.
eg2: He/She/The cat drinks milk everyday.
不變的事
eg3: I live in Hong Kong.
真理
eg4: God loves me.

2. Present Continuous Tense
正進行的動作
eg1: I am eating lunch now.
持續的
eg2: I am getting fatter.
暫時的
eg3: I am living in Hong Kong.
未來的計畫
eg4: What are you going to do tomorrow?
快將發生的事
eg5: It’s going to rain.

3. Past Tense
已完成的動作
eg1: Last night I drank beer.
一連串已過去的
eg2: Today I went to shopping mall, I bought a camera and then took some pictures.
過去的一段時間
eg3: I waited a week.
When clauses
eg4: Jane washed face when she woke up.

4. Past Continuous Tense
陳述過去正進行中的動作，而中途發生一些事
eg1: He was eating when I rang him.
在某時段,正進行的動作
eg2: He was working at 3pm.
在過去惱人的習慣
eg3: Nobody liked John. He was always shouting.

5. Present Perfect Tense
已完成的動作,但沒說明時間
eg1: He has finished his work.
開始於過去，並繼續在目前的
eg2: He has owned this house for 2 years.
一個未完成,而你期待完成的動作
eg3: I still haven’t washed my car.
重複動作在過去一段時間
eg4: I have rung him 4 times.
當在句子中用: ever, never, once, before, so far, already, yet, since 等 "indefinite time adverbs"
eg5: I have never stolen money from my parents.

6. Future Tense
將來時態 - 未來的一個動作
eg1: He will go to school tomorrow.
請求/指令
eg2: Will you help me clean the desk?
承諾
eg3: I will do it.
預測
eg4: I think a new cup will cost $10.
