First both of u two need to go to bath first ( clean and hygiene is important
Then you can let him sit down and open his legs and u use your mouth to suck to his XX
keep move your mouth front and backwards from slow to fast

I suggest you to make him feel happier before u do this. Or else he may feel pain

PS don't try to use your teeth chew his XX do that kindly and softly so he will feel great
