車的類型是食物檔的那種。可以煮野食的。

1. Rental is not an option due to the risk and cost associated. In many cases, the carts are self-made by the hawkers.
2. Simple - A generator will not be installed due to the cost as:
a. The generator is too expensive for hawkers;
b. A generator either uses gasoline or diesel fuel, which both of them are more expensive than kerosene (for furnace).
If electricity is needed, large car batteries will be used instead. One famous exception is those located in Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok, which hawkers connects their area/carts to a building's electricity.

那麼你如見到炒栗子車，你去買一包再同佢搭訕問問，係旺角東站落亞皆老街橋底經常有一架栗子車，車內燒明火炒栗子，你睇清楚架車有冇得賣，咩嘢牌子，你嘅功課，當然係你自己做啦﹗
