2 questions?

if two objects moving with uniform velocity collide with one another,what are the things that will happen?they shouldn't exert force because F=ma...isn't it?

They hardly move with uniform velocity during the collision.
You already know that they exert a force ON EACH OTHER.\
Each car has an acceleration.
So many things happen. The question is much too vague to give an answer to.
Crumpling,vibration, noise, rotation, heat,
You can see in the photo the rotation caused because the centre of mass of each vehicle is not in line with the points of contact of the cars.
