雖然小心是對的，但倒是不必緊張到把所有人都當成詐騙者。

The meaning;-
It sounds like phishing (=tricking over Internet),causing a feeling of being cheated (=duped,tricked) in my cash..
Hence I am interested in trading Digital HD, but not relevant codes
(=I am not interested in trading Digital HD codes).
Codes is not a symbol password secretly to be cracked.
Digital HD is for audience to download movies from the network legally with APP sofeware.
I am not interested.

聽起來像是網路釣魚的用語，有引人上當的感覺。

trading = buying or selling
