My chest hurts after laughing?

I was laughing for an extended amount of time over something so stupid looking back at. Anyways now my chest where my heart is hurts and when I inhale I can feel the pain more. what did I doooo?!

You stretched and pulled on the muscles in between your ribs (intercostal muscles).If you tore one, you'll know. You'll be paralyzed until it heals.
More likely, you just strained them. They'll get stronger.
