句子文法無錯, 聽者意味是最近, 何時不知道
其他給的資料是多餘.

My daughter has thrown my watch away (=out) and died since 4 days ago.

Note that the present perfect tense denotes present results of past actions. Note that the words since is used when refer to a point of time in the past (thrown out past) approximately 4 days ago when your daughter died for which has started counting as from Chinese New Year day.
