1. Tom played football from 7:00 to 9:00 last night.
This sentence is correct. But "Tom played football for two hours last night" is
better.
中文解釋:這句句子正確,但 "Tom played football for two hours last night" 會較好

2. Sam was not reading a book all this morning.
The second sentence is wrong.Correct answer is"Sam did not (didn't) reading any book all this morning"
中文解釋:這句句子不正確,正確答案是"Sam did not (didn't) reading any book all this
morning"

第一句的tense是對的

第二句不對,應該是:

Sam did not (didn't) reading a book all this morning.

1. Tom played football from 7:00 to 9:00 last night.
This sentence is correct. But I think "Tom played football from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m." OR "Tom played football for two hours last night" is better and clearer.

2. Sam was not reading a book all this morning.
In this sentence, "all" is not necessary. Also, "this morning" is not a period of time (e.g. 13:00-14:00), so we cannot use past continuous tense. Therefore, this sentence should be correct into "Sam did not read any book this morning."

the first sentence is correct

the second sentence is wrong

"Sam did not read a book this morning"
