我早上入到去ABC Plaza,見到三個男人打一個小孩,咁我睇左一陣,之後寧轉頭無再望立刻離開商場,但係我仍然聽到佢地打緊個小孩,咁我宜家唔可以講"I
saw three men hitting a child this morning."

The present perfect tense can be used here to denote present results of past actions. Since the actions are completed recently(=this morning),the words "just" and "already' are used."just" is used to mean the immediate past while "already" shows completion on leaving.
Gerund is a noun in the form of the present participle of a verb hit=hitting.
;"saw" and "hitting" are not two verbs in a sentence:-
Hence:-eg:-I have just seen 3 men hitting (=gerund) a child.

If you leave,then::-I have already seen their hitting (=gerund) a child.

Grammar notes:

After the senses verbs such as "see" and "hear", we can use present participle or bare infinitive to complement their objects.

1. I saw Jim hitting a child.
2. I saw Jim hit a child. (I saw the whole incident)
