如自首會有什麼刑罰呢?

1. The difference is the Government's expense and further reduction of your sentencing. If you save the Government's resource and are forthcoming, the court can take this into consideration.

要視乎警方控告那一項罪名，「不誠實取用電腦」與「經電訊系統未經授權取用電腦」兩者比較，後者控罪輕微得多。前者最高刑罰可判監五年，後者只可以罰款，最高罰款額只不過是二萬元。
