大廈外牆爆糞渠,糞便流出街外,
冇業主立案法團,
如何維修,
部份業主不合作
政府可提供緊急維修?

會比政府告?

因為是舊樓,只有數層高,懷疑中間某層分割房間出租,每間有獨立廁所,不勝負擔,這樣不是應有該戶全數負責? 可以如何投訴? 如何維修? 是否只有該爆糞渠業主負責?

更新2:

就算找到爆糞渠戶主,因佢條糞渠係會通到大渠,大渠就是公家,則是全幢也受牽連? 參考看過其他例子,食環署,政府也經常奈該批涉事業主不何? 最重要是糞便流出街外太不合衛生.

1. No - it is because it is located at a shared area. For example, if the floor outside your home is damaged, not only you, but all owners will have to be responsible.

2. Unable to comment the Government's action. However, the risk exists.

大廈有問題,當然是大廈業主代表出頭維修,有人唔合作,應該是小部份,小部份不應影響大部份,政府無責任幫你出頭,如果唔改善,會比食環署告。
