Im a 17year old female
My height is 167.5cm (5'5) and i weight 59kg! Am i considered fat??
My BMI suggests im at a healthy weight but i still feel really big! Is my weight normal or should i lose weight? Im honestly confused on how i look and how fat i am! have an hour glass figure with a 36dd chest size!
If i am to lose weight, how much should i lose? Im thinking of losing until im at 118pounds! Is that thin enough?

I am exactly where you are. Although it depends on how much muscle you carry i know what you mean. So many in the movies are super skinny.
Growing up with a bust that is lager than most always came with it's challenges too. The last place i lose fat is my tummy.

But all in all i think you are just about right. For the summer swim suit its easy to tone up and lose a few to look amazing. Be picky with clothing and you can hide a few in extra pounds in the winter.

Enjoy being 17 and healthy

With all that going for you carry your self clean and classy you'll stop traffic.

You're a healthy weight so don't worry about it. Plus your chest size adds a lot of extra weight. If you were an A-cup you might be 10 pounds lighter. And keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. So someone that works out will actually weigh more than a lazy chubby person. That's why the number on the scale doesn't really mean anything. It's all about how you look and feel. Do you "feel" fat? I know teens are under a lot of pressure to be super thin but it's unhealthy. If you feel like you're a little chubby do some jogging or aerobics a few times a week. But I'm guessing you're just fine. 129 pounds is not a lot, especially with DDs. Until I saw how big your boobs were, I was going to say you could probably lose 5 pounds and feel better about yourself. But you have so much boob weight that you must be pretty damn thin! If you got down to 118, you'd probably look awful.

How do you feel about yourself? That's the main point. Well, that and don't obsess about your weight. Short of being morbidly obese and not being able to get about - what you weigh has nothing to do with what you accomplish in life.

No, I don't think you are. It sounds like you are at an ideal weight, in fact. When I was in my 20s and 30s I always thought I was "fat" but looking back on those times (I am now 45), I realize that I was in NO WAY fat! It was that my mental state and my bad body image caused me to see myself that way. But now, in my mid-40s, I am definitely overweight. I had it really good back then!! I was in great shape and ate well and exercised. My point is that you don't realize how good you've got it 'til it's gone.

But, if you are concerned, just watch what you eat, and get some exercise. Even walking for 30 minutes several times a week will keep the pounds at bay. It gets much harder as you get older.

I wouldn't worry about your weight too much as you're already a healthy weight. If you were 118 pounds you'd still be a healthy weight. If you want to lose weight then that's fine as long as you're not planning on starving yourself. Exercise and dieting would be a best method.

You are a healthy size/weight for your age - what happens is that you are surrounded by images of the fashion industry which demands you fit their concept of beauty and not that of nature - as you are intended to be. In other words, their fake concepts are based purely upon their own flirtation with unreality.

And if you watch too much of this, you will go insane, just like the skinny skelators on the cat-walk.

This is what 'normal' people (us) look like.

It's only when we observe ourselves in pictures, that we suddenly realize just how bonkers we really are.

Forget everything you've heard or read. I promise you that you are perfect as you are - do not listen to the rage of those who think otherwise - they are of that small pimpled minority who want something which they cannot have - skinny without death.

I'd say so-so because for your height its like a kinda sorta situation. Now if you feel that way then don't stop yourself from losing weight go ahead and exercise if you want. I workout a lot and people ask me to train them when im not even a licensed trainer and trust me im not over exaggerating either. But from what you described about your body I think your perfect! Plus guys love women like you. BUT if you feel the need to drop a couple pounds then all you gotta do is start a better diet then what you are on now and just go jogging.

So in short your fine!

you seem confused about your shape and size. it's impossible to give you an opinion without a pic. Some people are ok at quite a high weight because of their shape/fitness level, or just the way they carry themselves. You must know if you look ok/feel ok in your own body, if there was a time when you felt better/healthier, when you were lighter or not. Do you exercise? Are you fit, or how/where is the weight distributed?

Yes you are too fat by the definition of healthy and beautiful or our society right now.
I am exactly 5"5' and I weigh 120lbs, although I am trying to go down to 115. It's still a healthy weight for your height but you will look A LOT better. Just work out and eat healthy (lots of fruits & veggies, lean proteins and carbs once a day). I cut out all sauces (especially in the US they're disgusting), all fried food (yuck), and all sweets/cakes/processed sugar. Basically eat unprocessed foods and work out and you'll reach a better weight.
