止痛藥同感冒有什麼關係?

There is no medication to cure common cold (感冒).

What the doctors do is to prescribe medications to relief your symptoms and build-up your antibodies (that's why sometimes you can get antibiotics).

Painkillers, usually paracetamol, a NSAID, is used as a fever, or body ache may occur.

Once your body is strong enough, your body can fight the virus.

In theory, if your symptoms are not severe enough, it is not necessary for you to take any medications.
