because i think that u are using present perfect tense but ur sentence is wrong
STRUCTURE OF PRESENT PERFECT TENSE:
[ have / has ] + [ just / already (optional) ] + [ past participle ]
So, you should say:
I have just / already cleaned my rooms.
And, for "just" and "already",
"just" stands for a shorter period of time after finishing that action
and "already" stands for a longer period of time after finishing that action
