I figure they are idiots. Hate to be rude, but that's the only thing I can come up with. Had a dispute with someone, not to long ago, who wrote like that. Couldn't get through to her, why the paragraph was unreadable. She thought it looked "cute" and "artistic". I suspect she gets a lot of applications chucked in the garbage because no one wants to wade through such crap.

I actually did for a while as part of therapy for my right brain stroke in July..
Words would run together in my brain just using a space between words. Capping would help me read what I wrote and friends and family capped their correspondence for a while too....

I Really Do Not Know. It Is Kind Of Weird That People Would Do That.

I'm Only Doing It Now Because I Think It Is Funny.

Do people do this on purpose? Or do some people's devices (phones, etc.) do it automatically, in which case, why do the stupid manufacturers make that the default?

Because they're stupid.

Silliness. I don't see it very often, but there is one YA user that I see who does that, though there could be more.

Usually the only time that applies is if you are writing the Title of a Book and then every word needs a capital letter at the beginning
