✔ 最佳答案
BOTH NO PROBLEM

分析:

Scenes in Taiwan were beautiful. - tense no problem, logical

But the article is missing: The scenes in Taiwan were beautiful.

And in this sentence, u are only presenting "你在台灣那時的景色很美" but did not tell about the scenes now

So if u want to tell about the scenes now, i strongly suggest u to use present tense instead of it: The scenes in Taiwan are beautiful.

And for your second sentence: I have seen a woman. She was tall. - tense no problem, logical

But the same thing, u are only presenting "你看見那女人時她很高" but we don't know about now and whether she has died or not

HOPE I CAN HELP YOU ^_^

You should use present tense to state your opinion in general:
"The scenery in Taiwan is beautiful."

You could use past tense to state your feeling or experience after the Taiwan trip:
"I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Taiwan."

I saw a woman. She was tall. (I saw a tall woman.)

Thr present perfect:-
It denotes present results of past actions.
Note that the words "ever, since" are used.
We use "since" when we refer to a point of time in the past in Taiwan.
Note that the simpler the simple sentence would be the better in this possible scenario:-
eg:-I have seen a tall woman ever since the scenery (magnificent) in Taiwan were on the scene.

冇問題,第一句因為佢是過去的,可用過去式
第二句因為如果你冇講明時間,例:I have eaten a apple.冇講到yesterday或last monday之類就可以用person perfect tense
參考: 我
