I know it means indecisive. Can I decribe a person who is 吊兒狼當 has a 優柔寡斷 character? Is there a positive aspect of being a person who is 優柔寡斷 besides all the negative aspects of the word? You can answer in chinese. Thanks.

『吊兒郎當』指形容儀容不整，作風散漫，態度不嚴肅或不認真。後來就引申出用來形容不務正業、遊手好閒的人為『吊兒郎當』。優柔寡斷：行事猶豫不決，不能當機立斷。俗語說[船頭驚鬼，船尾驚賊]。『吊兒郎當』又不不務正業的人行事未必優柔寡斷；有好處時可能不甘後人或至於不擇手段。優柔寡斷的人因遇事不能即下決定可能會向他人請教，減低因衝動而出事，可能會將事情做等更好；當然機會亦不等人。
