how can I come up with the answer when encountering these question?

你這個題一般的做法是:
lim(n→∞) ∑[k = 1 to n] 1/√(n² + k²)
= lim(n→∞) (1/n) ∑[k = 1 to n] 1/√(1 + (k/n)²)
= ∫[0 ~ 1] 1/√(1 + x²) dx
