There will be / It will be 的區別

It will be 意思是「將會是」，There will be 是「將會有」。

用 It will be 表示天氣將會是如何，所以後面要用表示天氣的「形容詞」，不然就在形容詞後面加 day、night、afternoon 等，表示將會是怎樣的日子、夜晚、下午：

chilly(冷的)，foggy(有霧的) 都是形容詞，所以要用 It will be：

It will be chilly.
It will be foggy.

或是：

It will be a chilly night.
It will be a foggy day.

There will be 表示會有某種天氣的東西，所以要接表示天氣的「名詞」，thunderstorms(雷雨)、winds(陣風) 都是名詞，所以要用 There will be：

There will be thunderstorms.
There will be winds.

名詞可以有形容詞來形容，所以在氣象名詞前可以用 strong(強)或 a few(一些)來表示程度或數量：

There will be a few thunderstorms.
There will be stong winds.

以多雲的天氣來說，如果用形容詞 cloudy(有雲的)，要這樣寫：

It will be cloudy.

如果用名詞 clouds(雲)，則是：

There will be a few clouds.
