2.

a ) In a galaxy far, far away a planet orbits its sun. The planet has a mass 7.50 × 1024 kg while the sun has a mass 2.67 × 1030 kg. The planet is a distance R = 2.85 ×108 km from the sun and has a radius of r = 7.75 × 103 km. This is still in our universe so the universal gravitational constant is G = 6.673 × 10-11 Nm2kg-2.

✔ 最佳答案
1(a) Force = (uo)(1.94)^2/[2.pi. (0.0515 x2)] N/m
where uo is the permeability of free space (= 4.pi x 10^-7 H/m)

(b) option a

(c) zero

(d) option g

(e) Magnetic field at P
= [(uo)(1.94)/2.pi].(1/0.0515 + 1/(3 x 0.0515)) T

(f) option c

2.(a) g = G.(7.5 x 10^24)/(7.75 x 10^6)^2 m/s^2

(b) Force F = G.(7.5 x 10^24).(2.67 x 10^30)/(2.85 x 10^11)^2 N

(c) Period T = (2.pi).square-root((2.85 x 10^11)^3/[G.(2.67 x 10^30)]) s

Too many homework questions, too little try-it-yourself.
