急問一d英文時態的問題

我今早八時開始睇報紙，睇到九點，之後停左無睇報紙並且無諗再睇唔睇報紙，到左九點十分開始諗再睇唔睇報紙，到左九點十二分決定再睇報紙，在九點十三分又開始睇報紙直至九點四十五分，份報紙係未睇晒。到了十一點，我同我個朋友講
"I have read a newspaper." 有無問題。

The action of reading English newspaper began in the past, has extended up to the present and may continue in the future.
At 11:00,it does not indicate the possibility of continuation in the future but talks to a friend:-
eg:-I have been reading English newspaper for 1 hr.32 mins.lee.

eg:-I've been reading News but never finish it, in a (random) order.(at random is without deciding in advance what's going to happen, or without any regular pattern on reading the Newspaper lee)
