英文電話:老闆拒絕接聽

長時間客人也找不到你老闆，客人一定抱怨 .
老細唔想同他們有來往, 佢地識得唔會再打黎 ?

You can ask them what's your request ? please tell me can I help you.

If they want to ask for business, you directly to tell them no this products.
If they dont want leave what's they want , you no need take down message.

請問英文是要如何回答以下問題:-

Why he always not here?

My boss always trip to overseas please tell me what's you need. Can I help you ?


I call many times. I can't find Mr. XXX. ?

You no need find my boss , please directly talk to me.

I leave message many times but no call back with him.

Sorry if he no call back may be so busy please email to him.

Who is your boss? What is your boss name?

If they don't know boss name, no need talk to them. hang up !

What is his mobile number?

Sorry I can pass his mobile to you.

我之前都有如此情況,

下次你可人試下請客人email
" Sorry,our boss is too busy that he always not stay in hong kong,
and i can't give you his number,
Maybe you can send him email "

咁因為唔再經你轉接, 客人唔會再懷疑你無做野, 而老闆唔覆佢, 佢最多狂發email
你又唔會難做人

我也有朋友接電話，她老闆也不愛聽電話。老實話，你老闆不負責，被人罵是你，他們有機會見你老闆也是投訴你沒通報。
不客氣的說話是有，也可讓他們不再煩你，但問題是那些是甚麼樣的客人，可不可以開罪?怕不害公司聲名受損?所以沒有一句英文可以一學就解決問題。
Sales的話就叫他們寄catalogue或公司website供參考，有需要才找他們，其餘時間無暇接聽。
不懂分類又不知道能否開罪的就問你老闆可不可以開個電郵信箱，你可以叫來電者寄電郵。老闆有空才看或叫秘書看完重要的才通知他。最好叫老闆寫個standard reply來答覆那些不重要的電郵。還要告訴他公司聲名攸關，要不他就最好親自在電話打發那些人。
