Why do I always have a weird feeling in my stomach?

For some time I've been feeling like vomiting and my stomach feels weird. These feelings appear the strongest when I feel hungry, when I see food and when I am eating. It gets me into the often struggle of whether I should eat or not. What might be the possible reasons for it?
