Hi, Alice,

As shown in the attached screen shot(s), there are quite a few problematic PO’s we discovered in the system. Some do not have PO numbers while many do not contain any items nor quantities. The PO's on the screen shot do not have shipment dates nor destinations. Their order acceptance dates are unusual as well. Would you mind verifying these PO's for me?

More will follow, should you find the aforementioned incorrect.

Please refer to the following pictures of several strange PO's extracted
from the system, of which some bear erroneous PO numbers while some
indicate neither delivery dates nor destinations, especially order dates
look abnormal. Please help verify the status and validity of these PO's.
