2006 Mitsubishi Lancer CH LS MY06 Sports Automatic?

Mitsubishis can, generally speaking, do a lot of miles (or kilometers, in your case) - Japanese engineering is pretty good! However, since it's a sport model, it's probably been driven like a sports car, and this would have an effect on the engine's life - especially the transmission, which is a bit of an expensive repair if it fails, since it's an automatic. I'd say leave it, but by all means go and have a look! Good luck :-)

it's worth 3500 tops , then put away 2500 for a new engine and 3500 for new transmission BUT it may already have had them so check first , but it's the plastic and rubber parts that go first on modern cars and they are never cheap
