文法 OK邏輯沒錯
但文句卻可改善：
The owner of the company was Tom. X
Tom was the owner of the company.

The owner of the Co. was Thomas.
The Co. has established a successful (1999-1986=13) with the local SAR Community and got non-established finally.
No practical problems finally.
