about frist name

例如我叫陳文玲,咁frist name: Man Ling (文玲),Last name: Chan (陳)啦,應該冇錯既, 但因為我要申請個AC考試,佢呢就唔比我係frist name打Man Ling,唔比Man與Ling 之間打個空格, 但個名又要跟身份證, 咁我打ManLing定係Man-Ling ????? 定打係 Middle name 打上 Ling? 佢先會show到 Man Ling Chan呢個名, 如果痴住咁打ManLing佢會唔話唔對身份證呢

first name = Man Ling
last name = Chan

first name/Christian name/=Chinese Christian name
last name/surname/family name
No middle name.
full name(=complete name) in HK Permanent ID card
=Chan, Man Ling.(with a blank space between)
The "First Name" is a known problem in HK-->AC.
Referring to HK Per ID Chinese Christian name=Man Ling (a blank space between) to be formal ,to be known or called.
Lots of girls have Elizabeth=E as their middle name ,often humorous to talk about someone without showing respect.

It sounds ridiculous.

However, the answer is it is up to you, as everything you suggest works.

Minor variation of name will not impact you.

The "First Name" issue is a known problem.

你問得好好!!!
呢d就係整 form d人諗得唔夠全面~

通常你有幾個選擇:
Man-ling(中間用 hyphen,後邊變小寫)
Man-Ling(中間用 hyphen,後邊用大寫)
ManLing(中間無空格)

你唔駛太驚對身份證的情況。
因為呢個唔係你的問題。
若有人質疑你可以直說。

Ling, 匿名發問者的意思是他不能輸入空白格 (space)。
