1. $14,250 (Stamp Duty Scale 1 only).2. $189,750 (Stamp Duty Scale 1 + Special Stamp Duty - 6-12 months).
(Usually, Special Stamp Duty will be paid by the seller as this is not caused by the buyer. In that case, it will need about $1.38 million to cover.)
This only applies residential parking.
