Let the no. of boys who graduated but not studying maths be A,
the no. of boys who graduated and studying maths be B,
the no. of girls who graduated and studying maths be C,
and the no. of girls studying maths but not graduated be D.

The no. of boys who graduated=A+B

The no. of girls who studying maths=C+D

The no. of people who graduated and studying maths=B+C

(A+B)+(C+D)>=B+C

So the no. of boys graduated + the no. of girls studying maths >= the no. of people graduated and studying maths

I guess should be something like this.

#(boys graduated) + #(girls study Math)

= #(boys graduated and study Maths) + #(boys graduated and not study Math) + #(girls graduated study Math) + #(girls not graduated study Math)

≥ #(boys graduated and study Maths) + #(girls graduated study Math)

= #(people graduated and study Maths)
